What is it about?
The AQUIRE app integrates with the American Urogynecologic Society’s AQUIRE registry. Authorized users of the registry can use the scanning feature of the app to scan barcodes of surgical devices for automatic push into the registry. With the AQUIRE app, no patient data is ever sent to the phone, scanning is quick and easy, and barcode data syncs with the AccessGUDID database.

The AQUIRE app integrates with the American Urogynecologic Society’s AQUIRE registry. Authorized users of the registry can use the scanning feature of the app to scan barcodes of surgical devices for automatic push into the registry. With the AQUIRE app, no patient data is ever sent to the phone, scanning is quick and easy, and barcode data syncs with the AccessGUDID database.
Registered surgeons, nurses, physicians assistants and office staff can all use the AQUIRE app to minimize disruptions to workflow. The intuitive interface means scanning doesn’t interrupt regular practice.
In order to use the app, you must be a registered AQUIRE user; registration cannot be completed within the app. If you are unsure about your registration status, please contact AUGS staff.
