Vizcast is the free companion app for Arcstone’s arc.ops MES application with a focus on production tracking within the construction industry.
Building on Arcstone’s proven manufacturing execution system, arc.ops, Vizcast allows users to track production data directly on their mobile phone. The mobile app allows users to:

• Monitor time taken for production jobs:
• View instructions on production jobs
• View mobile optimised dashboards
• Track storage location within a warehouse of finished goods
• Track delivery of finished goods
• Capture and log defects throughout the production process
Vizcast is part of Arcstone’s data-centric ecosystem. Our mobile app provides an easy way to capture production data in the field and on the go. This can be aggregated with other data captured from Arcstone’s toolsets to provide a comprehensive view of your manufacturing operations in real time.

Arcstone RVI builds on Arcstone’s proven MES which is currently deployed in various sectors such as heavy industry operations, precision engineering as well as in the pharmaceutical industry to name a few. With the introduction of this system, workforce optimisation will be enabled via real-time scheduling, workflow tracking and automated task and time management. Powered by a data-centric ecosystem, useful production data can be tracked and extracted in every process spanning from raw materials usage to the production of the finished end-product, via user-friendly operator dashboards including mobile phones and other portable electronic devices. This enables quicker response times to accommodate workflow changes such as process delays or downtime from malfunctioning machines.
