Créé en 2021, par Monsieur Guy LOANDO MBOYO, actuellement Ministre d’État, Ministre de l’Aménagement du Territoire, l'AREP a été enregistré par l’Arrêté Ministériel n°25/CAB/VPM/MININTERSECAC/GKM/009/2021 du 04 Février 2021.
