How Arkabs works:

Looking for a cheap journey?
● Search for a journey to see if anyone is heading towards your destination
● Book a seat and pay your small fuel contribution securely through our app
● Use the group chat to organise a meetup spot and get to know the other passengers
● Enjoy the ride!

Already driving somewhere?
● Post your journey on Arkabs and split the cost with us!
● Riders can find your journey and tag along
● Get to know them through the group chat
● Pick them up at your meetup spot at your journey time
● Enjoy the ride and extra money!

Safety:
● Safety is our number one priority
● Only people with an ac.uk email can register as this gives us an extra layer of university
verification for your safety.
● Before posting a trip, drivers have to upload their licence for the Arkabs team to
manually approve so we can corroborate their details (and that they can drive!)
● We have a zero tolerance policy toward abuse and will take immediate action to report
such instances to their university as well as limit their use of the app
● Our rating system allows you to leave an anonymous rating for other riders/drivers to
improve your Arkabs experience
● Any problems? We will handle it. Report it to us through the app and we will take
immediate action.
