The app is for people who want to improve their arm wrestling skills. An important exercise in arm wrestling is to immediately build up maximum pressure on command. This app can be used to do this with an exercise partner. For this purpose, a period of time and the number of repetitions can be set in the app. The random generator built into the exercise app then triggers within this period of time and the exercise partners build up counter pressure. The pressure can be reduced after a few seconds and the training partners wait for a new start signal. This improves the reflexes of the exerciser. In addition, the muscles get used to these loads. Please note that you use this app at your own risk. I am not responsible for any injuries. I can highly recommend warming up your muscles thoroughly.
