This application assists users in identifying the manufacturer of a shoulder arthroplasty implant prosthesis from plain radiographs (x-ray images) using artificial intelligence. Users must upload a shoulder x-ray into the program. This image of a shoulder x-ray can be obtained using the iPhone camera directly through the app or an already existing image in the iPhone library may be uploaded instead. This application has been developed for use primarily by orthopaedic surgeons and other musculoskeletal medicine professionals.
