What is it about?

The Astute RM mobile app is the easiest way for you to receive notifications about new leads and incoming messages from customers and co-workers, and to respond while you are on the go! Our quick up feature allows you to create a customer record for a walk-in customer in just seconds, and you can send a link to your customer's phone that allows them to complete their own profile, or simply scan the customer's driver's license to create the customer record. An appointment calendar lets you preview your sales pipeline for the week, and the instant messaging feature allows you to communicate with your co-workers. The "My Customers" view can show you your newest leads, customers that are due for communication, the customers who you have been in touch with most recently, the customers currently in your showroom, or any of the other available options. Selecting a customer gives you a full view of the dealership's communications with the customer, including notes and events like showroom visits, in one simple place.
