AT&T FE Tool

This app is a streamlined field engineering tool designed for technicians performing guided installations and replacements of ONTs and APs at customer sites utilizing the RG Nets revenue eXtraction gateway (rXg). It provides a high-level overview of installation progress, allowing field teams to quickly assess site readiness and identify outstanding tasks. ONTs and APs can be scanned and registered with ease, reducing manual entry and potential errors. Each device has a dedicated information view showing detailed status and configuration, and each room has its own readiness view to help track installation progress room by room.

The app uses the rXg RESTful API. The rXg must be deployed on a publicly accessible IP, associated with a public DNS record and configured with a valid SSL certificate for this app to function. The account linked to the API key used as a login for this must have read and write access for this app to be functional.
