With displays placed outside your meeting rooms you can easily see their current status and avoid interruptions. The solution is simple to use, and rooms that have been reserved but are unused can be automatically released after a period of your own choosing. You can also combine Atea Roomance with the app "Atea Room Reservation", which makes it possible to search for and reserve available rooms from your mobile devices.
