They can manage all their day-to-day activities, verify documents digitally, do online registration of customers (to provide new PNG connection) etc., through the ATGL Partner App conveniently.

Dedicated App for ATGL Partners: Adani Total Gas Ltd has launched a dedicated application for all the relevant stakeholders to manage and cater to all customer’s queries/requests effectively and seamlessly.
Online Registration: Online Registration has considerably reduced the number of steps & time involved in the new PNG connection registration process proving it to be quick and convenient for both; the Partners as well as the Customers.
Instant Request Resolution: All customer requests are listed on one page under “My tasks” for the Partners to manage and address the customer’s requests conveniently and quickly. Partners can sort, check request status, and attend to customer requests all in one place.
Digital Document Verification: Customers no longer need to submit the hard copy of the documents for an Adani Gas new connection registration as it can now be done digitally by just uploading the documents on the application, and the Partners can verify them with just a click.
Convenience at One Place: Partners can find and manage all the daily activities, such as meetings, load assessment, check connection status, new connection, assigned area list etc., all in one place on the home screen.
Raise Refund Requests on Behalf of Customers: The partners can now raise a Refund request on behalf of the customers starting from completing all the formalities for raising the request to get it transferred to the customer’s bank account in a hassle-free way. This is to facilitate the smooth functioning of this process for the customers.
