Train on the go with an expansive library of classes, ranging from 5 minute pre-run activations to 45 minute weekly strength and mobility resets. New classes are added weekly. All livestream classes are uploaded to the on demand library within 24 hours.
Livestream Classes
Book livestream classes directly from the app. Join the athlete lab virtual studio community virtually from wherever you are and meet me on the mat for a variety of classes and special events including but not limited to: strength and mobility for runners, recovery sessions, myofascial release, yoga, and more. Livestream classes are generally offered 3-4 times a week.
About Your Coach:
Jenny Maier is a running coach and movement specialist for athletes. She has focused the bulk of her education on working with runners as they manage dysfunction and prevent injuries while training. Jenny is a certified running coach, certified personal trainer and ERYT500 yoga educator.
She has taught everything from yoga to pilates to barre to bootcamps, and uses her multifaceted experience as a group fitness instructor, blended with her experience as a running coach to train runners in a more balanced way, helping them become more resilient athletes. When she's not coaching or teaching functional movement to runners, you can find her on the local trails in Bend, Oregon and around town, in search of the perfect bagel.
