Our unique 16,000 square foot facility includes top notch fitness classes, personal training, baseball cages, pole vault instruction, infrared hot yoga studio, new locker rooms and state of the art equipment.

Athletic Form was founded by Robel Woldu. He took his passion for pro sports, health, and wellness and launched Athletic Form in Seattle in 2013. His creative approach to functional training has made him one of the most recognized trainers in the industry. His ability to integrate stability and performance in the programs he designs for his clients ensures their efficiency and success. Other assets revolve around designing injury preventative functional workouts and being an overall motivator and inspiration for achieving your fitness goals.



Managing Partner, Zach Self has been in the creative field since he was 15 years of age. Starting in the audio world then shifting to graphic design and web development. He'۪s had the privilege of working in a variety of capacities with multiple Fortune 50 companies. From organizational management to creative direction; An array of industries including retail, travel, not-for-profit, large enterprise and independent creative outlets have been his day-to-day workflow.



Classes available: bootcamp, AF style!, getfit lab, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength & tone, student athlete & student athlete PLUS, AF Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a vigorous and powerful yoga practice that is accompanied by regulated breathing. It focuses on mindful and dynamic breath to movement. This class flows through an intentional sequence, braiding postures together that will open, strengthen, and restore your body. In this class you will build functional strength that will empower you to purposefully use your body in your everyday life. During this 60 minute class, you will work balance and control while focusing on the basics of breath and postural alignment. This is a musically driven, heated class that moves at an accelerated pace. Everyone can do power yoga. All levels welcome. *Heat ranges from 94-102 degrees, 30-45 percent humidity dependent on teacher*



AF Yin

Yin Yoga works deeply into the body. It targets our deepest tissues, the ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks, rather than the muscles. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are passively held for 3-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more flexibility. This is a candlelit, slightly heated class that works at a slow pace. All levels welcome. Great for athletes & boot campers! *Heat ranges from 85-90 degrees*



Vertimax Training

The Vertimax V8 EX Series platform models offer elite performance gains for home or team use targeting the vertical jump, acceleration, top-end speed and sport-specific movement. Up to 5 athletes can train on a V Series unit at the same time.
