Atidi is a service that allows Israeli citizens to remotely interact with the proper executive authorities to resolve specific issues without the need for paper documentation. This service has been developed to improve quality of life for city residents and enhance the image of Israel through active public participation. Using the app, any resident can report city maintenance issues (inadequate cleaning, potholes, faulty streetlights, etc.) and monitor the response of city services.

On this portal, you can:
1. Report a problem
2. Receive a response from an executive authority regarding the problem
3. Rate the quality of the solution provided for the problem

Submit a report through the app. This report ticket will be sent to the system and promptly reviewed by an administrator. You can also view your past reports in the My Requests section. Your message will be processed in the portal within 48 hours. It will then be reviewed by the relevant agency, which will determine the service/department responsible for addressing the issue and provide a timeline for an official response. If additional information is required, a moderator may contact you with further questions.
The responsible department will publish an official response within the determined time frame, confirming that the reported problem has been resolved and indicating the time spent resolving the issue.
After this response has been published, you can evaluate the quality of the actions taken by either confirming or contesting the provided solution to your problem.
