Atlon is specifically designed for the needs of the functional athlete. Tired of heart rate based products, we built Atlon to be the app that gives you insights way beyond just heart rate!

Effort score and consistency score are two of our top features. The effort score represents the amount of stress placed on your cardiovascular system by the workout, while the consistency score shows how well you have moved during your workout.

We also track and give you insights into how you broke your sets, your average rep speed, what was the work-to-rest ratio for the WOD, and a breakdown per exercise.

We also show your HR over the actual exercises you have done, so you know what part of WOD really challenged you with our unique beyond HR graph.


Our round graph will help you evaluate your round speed. We always recommend to keep a good, sustainable pace for the most part of the workout, keeping your rounds roughly the same.

Atlon uses a custom tracking technology based on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms specifically developed to fit the needs of the functional athlete.

How it works:
The app is simple to use as all you have to do is choose your WOD type and press start on your apple watch.

Atlon automatically tracks your workouts from your Apple Watch and offers you immediate analytics on your effort and consistency, workouts duration, type, calories burnt, and heart rate, as an instant scorecard of how well you performed your workout.

After confirming your workout you will be able to access a detailed analysis of your workouts including work-to-rest ratio, average rep speed, round speed, heart rate at each exercise, and much more.

Atlon integrates with HealthKit to get your heart rate data while you are exercising. Heart rate data is used to provide performance insights like Effort, Consistency, and Heart Rate by exercise visualization graphs. Activities performed in Atlon are also added to the Health App so you still close your activity rings!
