Audacious Mind isn’t for everyone and it’s not just an app. It’s an advanced and highly personalized system built to give those seeking more from life the best navigational tools to do so.

Audacious Mind empowers you to enhance and nourish the parts of your life that you need or want to evolve. Here’s exactly how to get the most from the app as a seeker.

1) Join the Live Audaciously subscription plan for access to the advanced personalization tools.
2) Pause and breathe. Commit to this meditation journey. Be honest with yourself and your needs, so you can be deliberate in the steps to not just grow, but to Become Boldly.
3) After joining, you’ll see the Audacious Explorer. Take this opportunity to deeply reflect on your personal state by dissecting each of your life’s dimensions. We call these dimensions the Audacious Aspects.
4) Give each Audacious Aspect your most genuine personal attention. If it helps you, share this process aloud or on a shared screen with someone close to you. The more you can share about your current energy, the more impactfully Audacious Mind can work for you. By submitting your responses, you’ll activate the Audacious Mind compass.
5) Audacious Mind has a built-in compass that interprets your responses and generates personalized guidance and voice affirmations to help you enhance your individual state within each Aspect. Build your first meditation and let this unique personalization tool recognize what you need and start working for you right now.
6) At the end of each meditation, rate your new energy as honestly as you did in the Audacious Explorer. Every other week or month, take a look at Your Journey within the app. This will give you a tangible summary of how the Audacious Compass is working for you.
7) Once you realize your energy has changed, feel free to revisit the Audacious Explorer to make changes to any of your Aspects as you see fit. It’s great to feel better, it’s not a failure to feel worse. Both are part of the journey, and keep in mind that no human journey is a straight line.
8) Commit to you. Meditate regularly and aim to do so at the same times each day. Have faith in the process, and most importantly, in you.
