Authentify

The Authentify app provides secure user authentication and messaging services. The app uses a combination of personalized credentials - biometric (something you are), knowledge (something you know) and device (something you have) - to help safeguard your accounts and protect against cyberattacks.

Authentication is provided by the Authentify platform, protected inside an Authentify SAS 70 Level II certified operations center. The Authentify platform provides a "zero trust" model such that communication between the Authentify client application and the customer's server cannot be monitored, even by the Authentify platform. There is no personally identifiable information (PII) associated with a biometric, only the certificate keys are shared between the Authentify app and the Authentify service.

The hardened nature of the Authentify client application, by use of full encryption and digital certificate underpinnings, protects the entire Authentify process from exploits commonly associated with lesser out-of-band or two factor authentication schemas.
