App Store Description

This app was developed to help my son to eat at the right pace.

He would eat too quickly and still feel hungry at the end of his meals. He also became frustrated that everyone else still had food and he had none because he had finished first.

This app changed that and helped him feel good about meal times. He now eats much more slowly, he is chewing his food better and he's feeling happier at the end of meals, you can see it in his smile.

Research in the UK (ref: PMC6357517) shows that eating slowly for some people: will enjoy your meal more, find your meal satisfying and feel fuller. Research in Japan and the US also reflect this.

I have also found that the structure that this app brings to mealtimes also works very well with sons lifestyle. It works so well for him, that I have tried it and found the benefits too. I've found that I'm enjoying what I eat and taking time to enjoy time with the people I'm eating with.
