Avocadot

Avocadot is a smart kitchen scale that creates an environment where people living alone are able to eat healthy food. Fundamentally, it is mainly focusing on the composition of the ingredients.

The whole system is working based on the iBeacon bluetooth technology. The modularized iBeacon chips can be attached to food containers where they gather specific information. They can also be connected to iPhone and a smart kitchen scale. These will display the nutritional values of a container when placed within a five centimetre radius to the container.

The kitchen scale does not measure the weight, but instead displays the nutritional data and calorie value of the food placed on it. Therefore, the users' understanding of what they eat becomes more advanced, thus creating the correct diet to achieve our physical fitness goal.
