App Store Description

AVTAR app is based on the fundamental principles of Auditory-Verbal Approach, which is defined as the application and management of technology, strategies, techniques and procedures to enable young children with hearing loss to listen and understand spoken language in order to communicate through speech.
AVTAR (A-V) therapy includes guidance, coaching, education, advocacy and family support.
Based on these principles, we have tried to prepare an easy step by step trainer for parents of young children with hearing loss to understand and follow the stages of speech and language development from their home environment. Each step explains the goals and a video demonstrating on how to achieve those goals.

A home based parent’s resource material between resources for families of children with hearing loss
