The AWD Personal Training and Nutrition app is designed for clients that want to make positive changes to their life through exercise and healthy eating.

Remote Personal Training has grown in popularity over the last few years with clients getting exceptional results with workouts specifically designed around their personal goals.

Just because you’re training remotely doesn’t mean you’re on your own.

Training sessions and Nutrition Plans will be delivered and monitored via the mobile app, and we’ll have regular contact to make sure you’re still on track to reach your health and fitness goals.

Exercise

With access to 100's of exercise video demonstrations, you can guarantee that you are working effectively toward your health and fitness goals.

Programs can be catered around you specific requirements and goals, and around your personal access to facilities.... you don't necessarily need to train in a gym.

Personal Training can incorporate body weight exercises or can incorporate any equipment that you have available.

If training in a gym is not for you, great results can still be achieved with little or no equipment.

Whether you want to train in your local park, back garden, or if you have a full gym set up in your garage, I can put together a program that will help you reach your specific goals in the most efficient way.

Sessions will be intense and varied to keep you motivated and moving toward your target.

Nutrition and Meal Planning

Have your daily calorie / macro target set by your Personal Trainer and log your food throughout the day to make sure you're on track.

Struggling to stay make the right choice?

Drop your Personal Trainer a message either through the app or other messaging service to get a quick response or alternative meal suggestion sent straight to your phone.

Check in regularly with your Personal Trainer to receive updates to your plan that will keep it challenging and fun.
