Axsapt Expense Tracker is a tool for managing your business expenses capturing expenses including multiple pictures of receipts (front and back) and the item purchased etc.

The advantage of this system is that the expense is tracked and categorised at the time of incurring the charge whilst it's fresh in the mind of the employee.

The Axsapt Expense Tracker then posts the transaction to the back end accounting system for approval/adjustment/rejection of expense claims and updating of the credit card or employee reimbursement.
