Using the new AxSys SLR (Sport Loading Rate) Gauge you will immediately know if you have trained in the “Sweet Spot” to maximise your progress.
Am I at risk of injury due to over training or under training?
The AxSys SLR algorithm will evaluate both your acute (short term) and chronic (long term) training results to determine if you are at risk of either under training or over training.
