How Hot Potato Works
Set a quick status, snap a picture, and toss it to your friends — they have **10
minutes** to reply with their own photo and pass it on. Every time you pass the potato,
your friends see what you’re up to at the moment.
When you respond, you **earn potatoes** — these let you **start your own game** and
pass it to others. It’s playful, spontaneous, and keeps the momentum going.

Leaderboard
Every potato you earn moves you up the leaderboard — a fun way to see who’s the most
active among your friends. The more you respond, the higher you climb. It’s not about

Privacy & Control
You choose who can receive or send you potatoes. No public feed, no strangers — just
your circle. AYO only shares what you intentionally send, so you’re always in control of
