HOW IT WORKS
Download and install our free, easy-to-use repair app. Fill in all the necessary details on the app and use your phone’s camera to take a picture of your handpiece before packing safely it into a repair bag. Scan the QR code on the repair bag (if available) or request your unique tracking code on a free post label. Our new and unique scanning system keeps track of your handpieces using this code - you will be notified once your handpiece arrives with us, when a quotation is ready should you have opted for one, and once your handpiece is dispatched.
The history of your handpiece repairs and services is stored on your account, so you can easily go back and check your handpiece records at any time!
