Baas International Group(BIG) provides as Port Contractor for Riyadh Dry Port handles all container operations, discharging from the train, shifting to exam area, stripping/stuffing, X-Ray scanning, cross-stuffing etc. These operations are supported using specialized equipment’s like straddle carriers and monitored by Terminal Operating System (Navis N4 2.3).

All shipping lines, shipping agents, Customs brokers, Customs, Saudi Railways organization and all stakeholders associated with port activities can now track their container movements using the app “BIG” on all iOS Phones. The App also includes features like Complaints/suggestions which are redirected to respective customer service departments.
