BALA smart platform brings together both the cargo transportation customer (the cargo owner) and the service provider (drivers or transport companies) to benefit from its unique transparent bidding technology. BALA does not own transportation vehicles, rather it registers independent drivers and transport companies who provide cargo transportation services through its effective platform to provide the following distinctive privileges:
1- On behalf of its customers, BALA validates drivers’ data and official documents to ensure trustworthiness and the safety of the transportation against theft or fraud.
2- Making painless requests of service from home, office, or any other location without the need to go to find a vehicle from the dedicated stations, thus avoid wasting effort, time, and money.
3- The chance of choosing drivers or the transportation company preferred, based on the submitted offer, the drivers’ rating grades, and distance from the starting point.
4- Ensure full transparency between the applicant and the service provider during the negotiation phase.
5- Providing an immediate tracking feature for following the transported cargo on a live virtual map, during all stages of delivery, from start to finish.
6- The option for insuring the transported cargo beforehand.
