1. Energetic Balance. This shows you where you are choosing to invest your energy in life. A fuller and smoother energetic balance reflect more fulfilled and smoother life experiences. Areas assessed - Health, Exercise, Relationships, Home, Play, Money, Work, Purpose, Spirituality, and Self-Esteem.
2. Core Needs Fulfilment. This shows you how you are meeting each of your fundamental “core human needs”. Areas assessed:
i. Certainty = your need for safety, security, comfort, and stability in life. The most fundamental of human needs.
ii. Variety = your need for adventure, diversity of experiences, challenge, and uncertainty in life. Needed for growth and balance.
iii. Connection = your need to connect with others and the relationships you have. Connection relates to feeling worthy of being loved and to love.
iv. Significance = your need to be valued, respected and a sense of importance. You need love for self and self-worth – before you can give significance.

3. Environment. Source of Wellbeing: This shows you which environment is leading to your sense of wellbeing and being fulfilled. A direct outcome of where and how you are choosing to fulfil your Core Needs. (Areas assessed - Personal, Social and Work)
