Simply setup what's important to you to pay attention to for the day. Then through out the day track yourself. The good things will add to your score. The bad things will take points away. The importance drives how many points are added or taken away. Your goal is to try to achieve 100 or more points in one day. That will signify a good balanced day.

The beauty of this system is that you decide what is important to you. What is good or bad. Setup the categories and the items within those categories. Use the images provided or enter your own photos by taking a picture or using your gallery. Make it personal and related to you. That way with one glance at the categories or items you immediately relate to that item and decide to pay attention to it or not.

Use the template provided as guide of the type of things you can track and how you can track it. Feel free to delete items or categories that don't relate to you and add your own. Make it personal with your own pictures and images.

Everyday you start with a score of zero and you need to get it up to 100. If you have a bad day, don't worry ... you can start from zero the next day. Don't be discouraged. Changing behavior is a long game. Small changes in behavior will eventually accumulate into noticeable differences and improvements.

p.s. if you don't like the sound effects you can turn them off in the settings area.
