Banzai is based in the village of Witham St Hughs bringing a fresh new cuisine to the rural areas of Lincolnshire. Our Chef May MacNeeney is highly trained by some of the best in the industry including top teppanyaki chef Andrew Thong and sushi expert Keiko Yamamoto who featured on Channel 4’s ‘Food Chain’ programme in 2016.

BanZai enjoys a 5 star food hygiene rating and May uses all authentic ingredients even locally sourced produce whenever possible. Customers can see their food being prepared right in front of them for an extra dash of authenticity.
