App Store Description

Bay Area Casual Carpoolers (B.A.C.C.) is a casual carpooling app designed by a Bay Area commuter, for Bay Area commuters.

B.A.C.C aims to provide Bay Area commuters with a digital tool to enhance an already established “casual carpooling” system that has been in existence for 20+ years.

The goals of this app are to help Bay Area commuters discover the casual carpooling system, allow both Casual Carpool riders and drivers to connect, and eventually allow them to rate and verify each other as well.

This app will help all Bay Area commuters save time, save money, and most importantly, save Mother Earth.

It will lower the # of cars on the road (reducing time spent in traffic and carbon emissions), and it will also provide relief to our public transit infrastructure.

It is a win for drivers, riders, and society in general.
