What is it about?

Agents are responsible for managing various aspects of the Fastag booking process efficiently and securely. Upon logging in to the App, Agents will have access to a comprehensive dashboard displaying essential Fastag counts and graphical representations of key metrics. Agents' primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts. Additionally, Agent can verify their approval status through manual document verification processes (KYC). As an Admin, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing various modules and sub-modules within the system to ensure smooth operations and effective administration. Upon logging in, you'll have access to the dashboard, which provides essential Fastag counts and an overview of system activities.
