The Be Still WatchApp helps you to be mindful of stress by monitoring elevated heart rate levels. When those moments occur Be Still can notify you and provide refreshment spiritually, mentally and emotionally with comforting and encouraging words and a breathing exercise.

Intentionally designed with the look of a tachometer so at a quick glance you can see if your heart rate is redlining throughout your busy day. Its completely stand-alone, no needing to own an iPhone in order to install it on your Apple Watch. You can download and install right from your Apple Watch App Store.

Once your heart rate spikes, Be Still can recognize when your anxiety level becomes excessive and provide you with a gentle notification of comfort and peace through Scripture that promises you hope from God's Word or positive affirmations to encourage yourself. Along with timely Bible verses or positive affirmations the App also provides Breathing exercises similar to Apple's Breathe App. Perform deep breathing to ease your body and mind into relaxation as you meditate on the message all the while bringing down your heart rate.
