Bear Essentials Sport

This is a children’s youth development sport & fitness app aimed at ages 5-14 years old.

It is for children of all abilities who would like to improve their speed, strength and general movement all while having fun.

All the workouts can be done at home and all you will need is an exercise mat, two tennis balls, a wall and sofa.

The app has a special algorithm that will set the activities at the correct challenge point for the user to help keep them engaged as much as possible. This makes it perfect for children who want to give themselves an edge in their sport but also an excellent tool for those who aren’t particularly engaged in sport.

Workouts are short and sharp and can be done in small or large areas.

There are three types of workout to choose from.
1. Speed
2. Strength
3. Personalised Workout

For the personalised workout users will be given a range of activities including strength, hand-eye co-ordination, speed, and gymnastics movement. Users will be asked to provide feedback during this workout so the app can set the correct challenge point for each exercise.

You can subscribe to get access to useful updates and all the features and content offered for purchase within the BEAR ESSENTIALS.

Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are billed monthly/yearly at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan. According to the subscription plan, the user can access the app features.

The cost of the yearly subscription is just $49.99
