Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Beba will send you an unmissable lesson on the app lasting about 50 minutes that you will have to do with her.
It will be fun and tiring at the same time, but trust Beba and don't miss a single workout because at the end of the course you'll really be able to get the physical shape you've always wanted!

The course lasts 90 days, with lessons in Dance Fat Burning, Dance Fitness, Reggaeton and Cardio Latin.
The lessons will be proposed to you by Beba according to an order that she has identified as optimal for achieving your best physical shape.
