By monitoring your fall risk, your doctor can help put in place a treatment plan to help reduce your risk of falling and protect your future health.

When you use the BeCare Health App you will be asked to perform a few tasks on your mobile phone, including a brief walk, and a few questions. You can decide to share your results with your doctor, and they will be shown to you in an overview section of the app.

Your data is HIPAA protected and data encrypted and you will not be asked to give any personal information to us. This App is intended to screen for fall and cognitive risk but does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. The App is not a substitute for a physician or other qualified healthcare provider
