Beep Viewer

Beep Viewer is the easiest and fastest way to view emergency evacuation plans created with the Beep Manager app. Using an intuitive interface, Beep Viewer allows employees or building occupants to quickly access the most current data on the buildings or job site. This will allow occupants access to information during emergencies to make safer and better decisions.

Preplan information is organized and searchable by address with all vital information organized in an easy to use folder view format. Whether preplans are in the form of floor plans, bomb threats, active shooter, fire hazards, hazmat data, pictures or any other information, they are available during an emergency at the touch of a button.

Beep Viewer is designed to be flexible and is compatible with current evacuation plans and systems. Easily import images in JPEG, PDF or PNG format from any program when creating with the Beep Manager app. Preplan information stored on a mobile device can be viewed even if cellular connection is lost during an emergency, while preplan information stored in the secure cloud is kept updated and secure in a central location.
