A simple fitness timer for HIIT (high-intensity interval training) with a clear and concise interface. The timer is free and contains no ads.

The timer contains the following functionality
• Intuitive design to start your workout right after start the app
• Ability to create up to 10 workouts programs
• Possibility to customize workouts: the presence of a warm-up, the number of cycles and sets, the duration of sets and rest between them. The next version will add flexible settings, with full customization of each exercise / set separately
• The timer allows you to listen to music while exercising. Has simple and intuitive music controls. This requires an active AppleMusic subscription.
• The timer has a voice assistant to help you better navigate during your workout
• At the end of the workout, the timer will tell you the result of the workout and offer you to take a photo to visually measure your progress
• You can view your training history at any time. The next version will add advanced analytics and training statistics
