Tachin is considered to be one of the most famous Persian dishes. A combustion of traditional ingredients; saffron, yolk, rice, yoghurt mixed together to create a crispy on the outside soft in the middle, rice cake. Within the Tahchin’s we have incorporated traditional Persian dishes such as; ghorme sabzi, gheymeh, loubia polo and estanbooli.
