Our free app is a one-stop mobile destination that allows you to stay connected with BPL wherever you are. With it, you’re able to search the library catalog and place holds on items you’d like to read, watch, or listen to, check on the status of items you have requested, renew items you have checked out, painlessly search for and checkout e-books through Overdrive, view a calendar of upcoming library events, e-mail a librarian to get help with finding information, connect with us via your social media platform of choice, and even scan a book’s ISBN to instantly see if we have it in our collection.

To accommodate the needs of the on-the-go searcher, the app features a fast, easy way to search for items. Simply type in the first couple of letters of the words of your search, and you’ll see the results in action while you type. For example, to find books by Stephen King, just type in “ste kin.” It’s not necessary to search by field, enter full words, or wait for results; our convenient search system is designed to find exactly what you want, and quickly.
