Health up is an app for measuring stress, fatigue and body balance. By wearing a dedicated HRV sensor, it can provide the most real-time values and keep an eye on the state of the body at any time.
Health up has the following characteristics
1. Four health indexes
(1)Heart rate intensity index: The heart rate intensity is calculated according to the individual’s age. It can be combined with one's own ability to engage in aerobic or anaerobic exercise to avoid high heart rate to the red zone, which may cause the risk of excessive exercise
(2)Body balance index: When the body is in an unbalanced state for a long time, the body is prone to illness, and the balance of the body can be improved through abdominal breathing training in balance training.
(3) Stress index: When the stress score has been stayed above moderate, it means that the stress is too high and you need to relax.
(4) Fatigue Index: When the fatigue score has been stayed above moderate, it means that you are tired and need to take a good rest.
2. Realtime ECG
You can observe your ECG in real time through the APP

Data source (non-medical purposes, data is only used for entertainment and fitness):
1. ECG: HRV or ECG125 sensor is attached to the chest of the human body to obtain ECG information.
2. HR: We can obtain RRI from the peaks of the ECG and convert to HR from RRI.
3. Body balance index: After calculating the HRV from the peaks of the ECG, the body balance index is calculated from the LF/HF body balance in the HRV.
4. Pressure and fatigue index: LF/HF and SDNN pressure and fatigue indicators in HRV.
