BeRightHere.com are aggregators of workspaces. We list properties and spaces of our partners, their prices and plans for Members(users) to discover, book, pay and use the workspace after registering with us.



Login: We ask the user to register or login to the app so they get a personalised home page for them to view their booking history as well as communicate with our help desk. If this is not allowed as per Apple's policies, we can display a line before the login screen that says "If you wish to explore the properties and spaces on our platform without registering or log in, you may navigate to https://berighthere.com".



Discover: We require the user's geolocation for a default listing of properties around them, so discovery is easier.



Book: We require the User's details to facilitate the booking and pass on the details to the Space owner to prepare for their visit.



Pay: We collect payment for the booking using a payment portal. We do not ask or store bank details or card details. This is done only by the payment gateway.



Use: We allow the user to check in to a property they booked for, by scanning the QR Code placed outside of the property. While scanning the QR Code, we also capture the Live location to make sure the user is physically present at the building.



If any of the above are violating Apple's policies or not clearly communicated by us through the app, please advise a solution for the same.



Alternatively, would it help if we provide a Privacy Policy and Terms link before Login?

Or, as mentioned earlier, if we show a message pre-login in the lines of "If the user wishes to explore the properties and spaces on our platform without registering or logging in, they may navigate to our website https://berighthere.com"



The launch of the app is past due by at least 2 weeks and is of utmost importance to our business. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues and expediting the review and launch.
