Berkshire Wearables is a digital health and wellbeing management solution. It is a combination of a patient portal via a mobile app, personal resources, wearable technology, and data analysis tools.

User Healthcare and lifestyle information is captured from wearable devices such as the Garmin Vivosmart HR, can be collected into a single record using Graphnet's CareCentric software that can be accessed by users through a mobile app (i.e. smartphone).

The aim is that personal health and lifestyle information will empower users to manage their health and wellbeing from various sources in a single point of reference.
