BeteRx ensures that you, as a BIG registered physician with a valid professional license, can easily prescribe a medication for your patient in a few simple steps. Simply enter your BIG number, the healthcare institution you work for, and your signature one time. After that, you can quickly issue a prescription for your patient within a few minutes.

Please note: This app is exclusively developed for Dutch physicians with a valid BIG registration and AGB code.

The app provides access to a comprehensive database containing all registered medications in the Netherlands, including available dosages and administration forms. A direct link also provides access to the corresponding page on the "Farmacotherapeutisch Kompas" for detailed information on indications, potential interactions, and side effects of the prescribed medication.

The prescription is offered directly on your phone as a PDF and can be securely sent to the patient via email, ZorgMail, Zivver, etc.

The entered data is encrypted and stored on your device, ensuring that no one else can access it. Additionally, you can enhance app security through fingerprint or Face ID to prevent unauthorized access.

The first month of use is free. If you find it useful, we'll then ask you to subscribe to one of the available plans. We prioritize keeping your data private and do not display advertisements or collect any data. To keep the app relevant and continue its development, we request a monthly or annual contribution.
