What is it about?

The Better At Golf app is a go-to tool for refining short game skills and injecting fun into practice time at the driving range. With its unique mix of randomness and detailed tracking, this app reimagines short game practice, making it effective and enjoyable. The app generates various shot types with different trajectories, distances, and club suggestions. Players hit to a spot on the driving range of the correct distance and try to replicate the suggested shot accurately. After each shot, misses long/short and left/right can be recorded. Once the distances are recorded, the roll button is pushed and a new shot is presented, and the process is repeated for a total of 10 shots for the practice session. The results of each session are stored in the app, and practice session data can be entered into the members area of the Better At Golf website where short game progress can be tracked and reviewed.

App Store Description

Practice can be customized by turning off the trajectory, distance, or club dials. The distance dial can be turned off for chipping practice, and instead of yards, players measure misses in feet when working on chipping practice around the green.

The app can also be used for friendly competition on the driving range. A match play game can be played, with the first player to ten points wins the match. The Better At Golf app adds excitement and focus to short game practice training, making ranage sessions dynamic and rewarding.
