Although your data stays on your device, you can share it with other people using the Share button (the box with vertical arrow).

Depending on your device and the apps you have on it you can share your data with Messages or Mail. The shared data include the Info button text that's at the top left of each screen. For each topic, the Info button provides background information that you can use to help you improve your choices

If you health care provider agrees, you can also provide the information to the provider.
