Download the app and complete your profile, goals and health information.

We will send you a complimentary workout designed for you. Complete the workout following the pictures and videos, tracking your repetitions and sets. We recommend 2-3 sets of each exercise to avoid getting sore the first time.

After a day or two a staff member will follow up with you to see how the workout went.
