Die BGBW App dient zur Kommunikation zwischen den Klientinnen/Klienten der BGBW und ihren zuständigen Bewährungshelfern/Bewährungshelferinnen. Sie kann auch ausschließlich von diesen verwendet werden.
Die/Der Nutzer/innen muss vor der Verwendung der App von der BGBW (der/dem zuständigen Bewährungshelfer/in) freigeschaltet werden.
Die BGBW App hat folgende Funktionen:
- Chatfunktion
- Kalender (Terminanzeige, Terminvereinbarung)
- Übermittlung von Dokumenten (Bilder, Schriftverkehr, Dokumente, Nachweise) zwischen den Beteiligten
