What is it about?

Bihar police, with the cooperation of the people is mandated to serve and its rich traditions of excellence is firmly committed to confront and surmount the numerous challenges it faces. Bihar Police Helpline is an initiative taken by State Police Headquarter, Patna to provide a helping hand to the citizens of Bihar. The app can be used to register grievances, know the status of grievance registered, send emergency alerts and access important helpline numbers. This app will enable the citizens to be in touch with Bihar Police and help themselves as well as the government in maintaining law and order situation in the state. The app has separate interface for the officers also to access the complaints registered in their area and to keep an eye on the status of those complaints.
