Bikum

The app is primarily designed to help shippers book trucks—similar to how a ride-hailing app works, but instead of passengers booking taxis, shippers book trucks for their shipping needs.

Bikum is a freight platform designed for both companies and individuals, whether they are Shippers or Carriers. It provides a variety of features to help Shippers find the right Carriers and enable Carriers to discover suitable loads efficiently

We connect service requesters directly with service providers, without any interference from our side. The freight load cost is mutually agreed upon by both parties, and payments are managed outside of our app. It is the responsibility of both the shipper and the carrier to ensure payment is completed after the successful delivery of the load.

The Bikum app offers a range of management features, including chat functionality, instant notifications, an interactive map with directions, location tracking, calendar reminders, quotation estimation assistance, and rating users

A shipper can find nearby trucks by either searching for the desired truck type or posting a load to receive quotations from carriers or truck drivers.

Both Shippers and Carriers, including Truck Drivers, can register for free. Carriers are eligible for a three-month free trial period, which may be extended. No payment card is required for registration. However, to register as a Carrier, Truck Drivers must possess a valid physical vehicle registration card issued in the United Arab Emirates.
