Bingo Buddy is exactly what it says. It’s your one stop shop where you can plan your visit to any of our Buzz Bingo club. Whether you’re registering because you’re new or logging in as an existing customer, there’s plenty for everyone. You can find all the information you need to know about our bingo sessions and you can even beat the queues and top up your touchpad account before you arrive. You can also use Bingo Buddy to view and redeem your Club vouchers.

Always forgetting your vouchers? Don’t worry about bringing your paper vouchers with you to Club, they will now all be displayed and available to redeem on the Bingo Buddy app. Just tap the voucher you want to use and show the barcode to a Colleague at Bingo Sales. It’s really that simple!



Love playing electronic bingo on our touchpads? Then you’ll love the Top Up feature. No need to queue or wait for a member of staff, you can add funds instantly to your touchpad wallet using the Bingo Buddy app.

Visiting our clubs for the first time? No need to queue to register in Club when you can do it in the Bingo Buddy app. Simply show a member of staff your digital membership card and they’ll print out a brand spanking new one for you.
